About eLearning

Unlike the limited scope of a classroom setting, eLearning is ripe with possibilities. It offers learners a great deal of freedom, letting them navigate their own learning. For reference, they have ready access to a rich and varied repository of learning material. It also involves real time interaction with faculty members. Best of all, there are no constraints of space and time. eLearning can be pursued anytime, from just about anywhere. All of which make it a winning proposition for learners.

Unique Applications

Lectures delivered by renowned faculty members and banking experts, either classroom based or otherwise. Recorded lectures to be broadcast over the internet using Video Streaming facility. Likewise, videos that capture live scenarios of in-store merchandising to be recorded and broadcast.

  • Videos can be viewed on a normal dial-up connection
  • Videos to be IPR protected to prevent replication
  • Videos to be supplemented by PowerPoint slides/Word File to act as easy reference material
  • Individual topics to be interspersed with quizzes, assignments and assessment tests at regular intervals

Simulations that replicate real life scenarios will be created by a competent design and development team. They will expose the eLearner to situations which they may encounter in their professional careers.

Live Virtual Classroom (LVC): Now you no longer need to be physically present for a many-to-one session. LVCs are simulations of actual classroom sessions, conducted across the Worldwide Web. LVCs possess the essential features actual classroom training – a learner is exposed to learning material in the form of lessons, projects and assignments. There is also a provision for questioning and receiving instant feedback. LVCs are normally coordinated by instructors/session leaders who direct the flow of proceedings. LVCs offer the following benefits:

•  Application sharing with mark-up : A feature that will allow session leaders / participants to share any windows application with other participants for IT and software product training.

•  Web Safari : A feature that will allow the session leader to take participants on a tour of relevant sites.

•  Just-in-time import of PowerPoint with animation : Using this feature, PowerPoint presentations, with animation or embedded multimedia preserved, can be imported into a LVC to create engaging presentations

Multimedia : Multimedia features will support pre-recorded video clips, audio clips, animated GIFs and content including Flash, DHTML, and JavaScript.
